Returns and Refunds
As a small company who works directly with artists and craftspeople, we curate, pack and dispatch every product with the greatest care. We rely on our customers to share in our integrity and commitment to keeping art affordable, and can accept returns only in exceptional cases when a product is damaged in transit.
We take every care to pack and ship your art as safely as possible, so there is little chance of damage in transit. Before taking delivery, please check the package to make sure there is no visible sign of damage. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with details , clear photographs of the damage and unpackaging video. Should your return request be accepted, we will issue a credit note for the amount you paid for it, which can be used to purchase anything on our website. Please note cash refunds will not be made.
Each of our products is hand-crafted and unique by design, in many cases the natural pigment colors and other raw materials are prepared by hand, which is what makes our offer truly special. All our pieces are made to order, and the photograph displayed, while closely similar, may not be exactly the same as the piece made for you. Please note these minor variations are not considered as defects and will not be acceptable grounds for returning a product.
Our artisans pour their heart and soul in creating each piece individually using traditional techniques and raw materials. Minor inconsistencies differentiate a handmade product from a machine made one. So, remember that the piece that has reached you is one of a kind.
