We aim to deliver your order safely and in perfect condition. All our products are handmade and made-to-order, with dispatch timelines typically ranging from 15–20 days depending on the craft and production process.
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹250 will apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A flat shipping charge of ₹4,000 applies to international artwork orders. ( except for woodcrafts, pottery, terracota, metal craft, stone craft, Kaavi, Tikuli )
. Some countries levy additional import duties and/or taxes on art and other goods. The buyer will be solely responsible for paying any such additional charges levied by the destination country, as also for any other duties, taxes or
other charges applicable on export of art from India. These fees must be paid by you directly to the courier company. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or estimate these levies, as they vary by country and are subject to
change.
Shipping rates for woodcrafts, pottery, terracota, metal craft, stone craft, Kaavi, Tikuli will be calculated based on weight.
Delivery time for international orders is appx 15-20 after dispatch. It may vary due to customs clearances/restrictions or courier related issues.
Delays
We do our best to ensure that a lovingly and patiently made artwork is dispatched to you at the earliest but there may be delay in delivery of your products due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, artist requiring extra time due
to health or family related issues. In all the cases, we will keep you updated. We depend on your kindness to understand such scenarios and help us out with little patience. :)
