Meri Katha works directly with artisans and craft communities, and most of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order.
Because of this, we are able to accept returns only in exceptional cases, such as when a product is damaged during transit.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural to handmade art and are not considered defects.
Any item that is not eligible for return will be clearly communicated before purchase.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack every order with great care, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the request is approved, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the order value, redeemable on our website.
